(NYSE: TNET) today announced the pricing of an underwritten registered public offering of 12,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $25.50 per share. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,800,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by entities affiliated with General Atlantic LLC. TriNet will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
