(NYSE: TNET) today announced that certain of its stockholders have commenced a secondary public offering of 10,500,000 shares of TriNet's common stock. The selling stockholders also intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,575,000 additional shares. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by entities affiliated with General Atlantic LLC. TriNet will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
